Indian Chicken Curry Recipe
Let's just look what goes into it that enhances its taste:
1/2 kg chicken
7 medium-sized onions
4 medium-size tomatoes
4 medium-size potatoes
7 green chillies
3 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
3 green small cardamom
2 black big cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
11 black pepper
5 cloves
7 teaspoons oil
Salt as per your tastes
1 glass of water
Preparation Method:
Chopped the onions finely, and then add cardamom, cinnamon, black peppers, bay leaf, cloves, chopped onions, and chillies into the oil.
Let the colour of the onion turn into golden brown, and then add ginger garlic paste to it and mix it thoroughly.
Then add all the masala powders along with chopped tomatoes, mix, and fry all the ingredients properly for at least 5 minutes on a low flame.
Once done, then add chicken and give a good mixing.
Once you see the oil separate itself from the masalas, then it's right time to add potatoes and water.
Let the potatoes cook for 10 minutes in the gravy with the lid covered. Garnish it with cilantro and dried fenugreek crushed leaves.
Once done, you just drop the gravy into the top of the jeera rice and eat!!
