Prawn Potato Gravy / Jhinga Masala Gravy
It's preparation is very simple and just gets ready in 10 minutes, and we don't need much more ingredients for it, but it tastes so yummy!
The list of ingredients we need ;
- 200g Prawns
- 5 medium size Onions
- 4 medium size Potatoes
- 3 medium size Tomatoes
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 teaspoon kashmiri Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt (as per your tastes)
- Refined oil
Preparation Method:
Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly.
Chopped the onions finely and put them in a utensil along with oil and chillies.
Let the colour of the onions turn a nice golden brown.
Once done, then add tomatoes cut into 4 pieces, and then add turmeric, red chilli, and coriander powder, and then mix it properly.
After nice frying the entire masala for at least 2 minutes, you can add prawns and potatoes with salt.
Let it cook for 5-10 minutes unless potatoes get soft.
Once done, then you can have this delicious gravy with roti and rice.
