Mutton curry | How to make Mutton Curry Recipe Step by Step
Super excellent mutton curry is the simplest of all curries, in my opinion.
The appropriate amount of ingredients in mutton curry recipe , particularly garam masala , elevates the game.
I prefer my mutton curry with jeera rice, therefore I keep the consistency somewhat thin.
Let's know the ingredients list ;
- Lamb meat 500g
- Onions 5 medium size
- Tomatoes 3 medium size
- Potatoes 4 medium size
- Green chillies 5
- Lemon 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1.5 teaspoon
- Big and small cardamoms 2 and 3 respectively
- Cinnamon 1
- Bay leaf 1
- Cloves 5
- Black pepper 7
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
- Coriander powder 3 teaspoons
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil 5teaspoons
- Salt
Mutton curry recipe preparation methods are as follows:
Take a pressure cooker. Add oil and add cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, green chillies, and onions.
Let the onion turn golden brown, and then add ginger garlic paste. Let it fry in oil for 1 minute. Once done, add freshly chopped tomatoes, add meat, and add the remaining powdered masalas.

Sauté well for at least 5 minutes ... Once you see the oil come on the top of the masala, add 1.5 glasses of water.
Now pressure cook for half an hour; once done, let the pressure release on its own steadily.
After that, add potatoes, cilantro, and kasuri methi.
Serve it with rice or parathas and just listen to the yumminess!
