Delicious Vegetable Pulao Recipe
Veg pulao taught us that yes, veggies are very, very tasty when mixed together.
The infused taste of rice and various veggies together just gives you impeccable taste, and you need to give a real try to this delicious pulao rice recipe.
Ingredients
- Onion 5 medium size
- Potatoes 2 big size
- Cauliflower 100 g
- Tomatoes 2 big size
- Carrots 2
- Green Capsicum
- Peas 1 cup
- Green chillies 5
- Big and small cardamoms 2 each
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Cloves 5
- Cumins 1/2 teaspoon
- Bay leaf 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoons
- Salt
- Coriander powder 1.5 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Rice 1.5 glass
- Oil 4 teaspoons
Vegetable Pulao recipie are as follows;
Heat oil in a pot and add cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chopped onions, and capsicum.
Sauté until the onions turn golden brown, then mix in ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste.
Add vegetables and stir in turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, and salt.
Cook on medium heat until fragrant.
Pour in water and add rice, allowing it to cook thoroughly.
And there you have it—vegetable pulao is ready!
Tips:
You can add some cashews on the top for sweetness
Serve with raita , sliced and salted cucumber and raddish
