Prawn Pulao / Jhinga Pulav

Prawn pulav is one of the best and easiest recipes of all time. Let's say some uninformed guests arrive, which happens most of the time with me. This recipe helps me like a saviour. This one is made in minutes and just turned everyone delighted. My go-to recipe will be none other than my prawn pulao.

So what makes this recipe delicious?

Obviously, prawns are the ones responsible for that, but along with this we have a list of other ingredients, such as;

Onions 5 medium size

Tomatoes 3 big size

Potatoes 4 medium size

curry leaves 7

Rice 2 glass

Jeera 2 pinches

Cardamom 2 big 3 small

Cinnamon 1

Bay leaf 1

Black pepper 7

Cloves 5

Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Green chillies 11

Salt

Coriander powder 2 teaspoons

Jeera powder 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

Prawns 500g

Oil 4 teaspoons

Recipie:

First wash and clean the prawns and keep them aside.

Take a heavy pot and pour the oil; add jeera, curry leaves, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, and finely chopped onions into it.

Let the colour of the onions turn into nice golden brown; after that, add green chillies and potatoes.
